Spiritual Communion of St. Alphonsus Liguori

I believe, my Jesusthat you are truly present in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the Altar.I love you above all thingsand I desire to receive You into my soul.But since I cannot receive You sacramentally now, come at least spiritually into my heart,come at least spiritually into my heart.And as if I had already received you,I embrace you and unite myself totally to you.Lord, do not allow me everever depart from You.
