Prayer to Saint Therese of the Child Jesus

Holy Therese! I come to your plants full of confidence to ask you for favors.
The Cross of life weighs heavily on me and I find nothing but thorns in its arms.
Little flowers of Jesus! Send upon my soul a shower of flowers of grace and virtue,
so that I may climb the Calvary of life intoxicated with their perfumes.
Send me a smile from your lips of heaven and a glance from your beautiful eyes....
That your caresses are worth more than all the joys that the world holds.
My God, through the intercession of St. Therese, give me the strength
to fulfill my duty and grant me the grace that I ask for in this prayer.
